California is an expensive place to live only because everyone wants to live on or near the coast and we protect our coasts, which means a big part of them are protected. If Arnie tries to un-protect our coastlines, there will be rebellion. I dont mind paying a lot for real estate a quarter mile from the beach because I'd rather live here than anywhere else. And I have to laugh when Arnie or McClintock compares outr taxes to Nevada's. if we were in a desert full of casinos and strip clubs we could live tax-free too.
