I have a proposed solution to USA voting problem... Put all the known election experts into a room (or hall if necessary) and get them to decide on the best system. Electronic or manual, which model and design etc. Then use a lotto type random selection of all their names to shoot one every six hours till they all agree or are all shot. Sometimes these things are necessary for the sake of the nation.
