Maybe you don't know that Dr. Rice is a black female, and that to state that she was selected because she would "follow his orders," not only denies her illustrious credentials as a foreign policy professional and university provost, and her well-deserved accolades, but also connotes submissiveness of females and blacks to white men. This is 2003, man. Get up to date.
