HAYZ estimates $271 ebitda for 2004. Looks like capex will be pretty high, as much as $170. That probably is to make up for a few years of underinvestment and a new ERP system. I think it will eventually trade up to a price to sales of .45, in line with the industry average. That gives price target of $900 million, or $30.
