Interesting analysis, Paul. Thanks for the link. I named the thread "the eternal short" just because at the time I started it, gold was in a such a poor technical and fundamental position, yet people continued to say it was turning. At this point, for the record, I feel gold has made the first trough of a double bottom and the market has made the first peak of a double top. This past week I shorted S&P depositary receipts and am looking for fundamentally sound gold shares to go long. Given that I am a value investor, it's been a difficult search. I am not sure I know how to value gold shares properly. Good Investing, Mike
