Yet More News....

Mr. Malcolm L. Stevens, Chairman and President of Mandorin Goldfields Inc. ('the Company') is pleased to announce the following:

Technical Advisory Panel formed

'To oversee the technical aspects of its Diamond Search project the Company has formed a Technical Advisory Panel. The Panel will work closely with the C
ompany's executive management and provide external technical perspectives and guidance in the implementation of the KDC Endeavour technique. I want to welcome Professor Ken Collerson as the founding member, and Chairman of the Panel.'

Professor Collerson is a Director of ACQUIRE (A Faculty Research Centre at The University of Queensland) and a Professor of Earth Sciences at the University of Queensland.

Professor Collerson has a particular interest in the theories surrounding the formation of diamonds and research work undertaken by Ken over 30 years has led to the development of a revised model for the genesis of kimberlites and lamproites. This work (Intellectual Property) has been formalized and named KDC Endeavour. The technique is intended for use in the identification of potential locations of diamondiferous kimberlite and lamproite deposits in traditional and non-traditional locations.

Professor Collerson's short CV can be accessed at:

Additional Panel members will be appointed as appropriate.

Mandorin licence for exclusive worldwide rights to use KDC Endeavour

Mandorin has entered into a Licence agreement (approved by TSX-V on September 15, 2003) with UniQuest, the commercialisation company of the University of Queensland, for exclusive worldwide rights to use the KDC Endeavour technique. KDC Endeavour is intended for use in the identification of potential locations of diamondiferous kimberlite and lamprolite deposits in traditional and non-traditional locations.

Mandorin plans to first prove-out the technology in 'trial'exploration programs (Tenement applications lodged 1 October 2003 - please refer to news release of that date), before seeking to exploit it more broadly.
