I recently moved part of my account to Ameritrade from Datek because I wanted to trade a pink sheet issue and do some "all or nothing" trades.

Having had a brief chance to compare the 2 platforms, I have to say that I hope they keep the Datek platform and modify it with the options in trading I referred to above. It would also be nice to have more flexibility with respect to trading option strategies and hedging.

The Datek screen is so much neater. The A screen is very crowded. Trading is easier on Datek. It might be nice for others to express views here. I believe the final steaps are being taken now and it might influence them one way or another.

I'm a fairly heavy user and nobody has contacted me for an opinion so I'm wondering how they are deciding which features to keep from each platform.
