100, What other major hold outs are there still besides Echo Star and Cable Vision?? Cox? (I have a bad memory and though I use Cox, I have no way of knowing if the IPG has anything to do with Gemstar.) Shell said there was no way to settle the SA issue without TW. To me that means that GMST's patents are not strong enough to win court. That's one logical inference but not a necessary one. It can instead mean that Shell prefers a settlement rather than a long, drawn-out, expensive court battle that at the very least prolongs product adoption by SA. --Mike Buckley
