Only as a matter of what the law currently says in the US, which was not really what I was talking about.

I wouldn't call the good of the community part of natural law and human rights. I would rather consider it another factor that may over ride those considerations at least in extreme cases.

And to answer the specifics the community in general can be accepting of a minority without every individual accepting the minority. Your argument about creating " population like the Palestinians, the Kurds, the Chechynans, etc" doesn't apply unless you get a general lack of acceptance. But to say ad you do that someone is "entitled not to be refused service on the basis of gender, race, or sexual orientation" is to assert a right for the individual, that would still exist if there was not a potential issue of creating an excluded class or a group of 2nd class citizens.

Or was your comment about the entitlement strictly pertaining to a legal entitlement created by acts of Congress and/or judicial decisions?
