I can't believe it, my wife voted for McClintock! When I met her back in 1995, she was a graduate of Cal-Berkeley with a degree in Environmental Science. I need not mention her political party of choice given these credentials.

But one of the newspapers published a test. This was a test to see if you are conservative or liberal. There were like 20 questions, and each of the questions had 5 degrees of answers, from strongly agree to strongly disagree.

After taking this test, I totaled up her score and informed her that she was solidly a conservative. The only reason she perceived herself as liberal was for Abortion rights and Environment. But even these issues, she was in the middle and not extreme.

Now it seems she is more conservative than I . . .
