GWB won Florida, there was a mandatory recount which he also WON, then Gore went to court to TAKE THE VICTORY AWAY (because that is how the dems operate). He FAILED. No straight thinking person can say that Gore won (because he CLEARLY didn't), and insinuate the USSC "installed" GWB.
