Its good for the community if people are polite and productive but there is no natural right or aspect of natural law that demands that everyone be polite and productive. Lots of things are good for the community. Many of them have nothing to do with natural law, or natural rights. Asserting that something is good for the community is not enough to make it a valid point of natural law.
