I do not endorse flame fests either. I have called people on unwholesome tactics (and been accused of personal attacks in the process) and have stopped pressing it at the point when they start levying allegations against me. I know that I have made my points using stronger less tactful approaches than you do, but would object to it being labeled flaming.
