Cheney asserted a legal position, executive privilege. If he loses the fight he will comply with the Court's order. There's a difference between asserting a legal position and submitting false affidavits and lying to a federal judge as Clinton did.... The CIA leaker should be punished to the fullest extent of the law....as should Leaky Leahy and other pinheads who engage in such behavior.... There is no evidence that intel was either exaggerated or "falsified". Poor planning does not rise to the level of what Clinton's malfeasance was.... As usual, you let your Bush hating cloud rational thought and judgment....ther eis plenty to criticize Bush for....but not for putting himself above the law...... JLA
