I don't think BCE is the right model. Consider - Edper controls Gentra through Trilon - Trilon is going to be flush after dumping London Life - Edper's interests in Hees & Brookfield - Existing court case about management during Royal Trust meltdown I am not sure what is going to happen but the situation seems ready for some sort of reorganization and consolidation. Whatever happens I think it will be friendly to the minorities given the group's history. Do you have any theories? Brian
