Yes, well, Natsios was the guy who back in June (I'm pretty sure it was June, Koppel recently reran the interview when the $87b came up) told Ted Koppel on Nightline that the Iraq war would cost the US $1.2 billion. That's all. Koppel asked him again: You're saying it won't cost any more than $1.2 billion? Yes, said Natsios, it may cost more than that, but that's all US taxpayers will have to pay, the rest will come from oil revenues, foreign contributions, etc.

He is a shill for the Bush admin. That's all.
