Skinow, but I meant that the Iraqi scientist told the USA that he might be able to advise them on a little sample of some botulin bugs if the price made it worth it for his risk to life and limb by giving away the game on Saddam. After negotiating a suitable price, he suddenly remembered he'd stored some botulin [or at least some white powder if not actual botulin] after the 1980s projects and that he was pretty sure that Saddam was having bad thoughts about what would happen if he could release a huge cloud of botulin in Washington DC. He might actually have got hold of a vial of actual botulin. As you say, army surplus or maybe research centre sample. I've got my garage full of little samples of stuff from the good old days. I might need them to make weapons of mass destruction one day. Maybe that vial which Colinization Powell showed at the UN was recycled for this purpose. That would avoid waste of resources. I doubt that US agents got the scientist to store a vial for 10 years [though with the Office of Disinformation, anything's possible]. No doubt the scientist's name is secret, the white powder will go to a top secret lab for analysis and everything else is secret too. Can't let dangerous security information about white powder out. Look what happened when somebody treacherously and traitorously gave away a CIA agent's name recently. It was probably Hillary Clinton or one of those Whitewater people up to no good again. State secrets should be kept secret. I hope King George II finds out whether it was Hillary or somebody else who gave away the agent's name and puts them in front of a firing squad, or makes them eat live botulin on Real TV to show what happens to traitors.
