Area 51, thanks for the blurb on NVR.

History has shown that $350 was not a slam dunk short, in fact it was a screaming long. I've underestimated the effect that low rates would have on the housing market, and the markets continuing application of bubble valuations. Also the unbelievable trend for investors to place faith in managements that are looting their companies.

I've been out of housing shorts for a long time, perhaps the recent run to $500 is worth looking at again? Many bull runs do end in an exponential blowoff top - perhaps this is it for the homeboys?
