But by all means get Buffett involved in auditing the books.

I would like to have a dime for every time I have heard a Politician say he was going to balance the budget by having a audit done to eliminate waste, fraud, and mismanagement.

The study comes in, people run around in circles, and nothing happens.

I used to rail against the "Welfare State" and think that was the cause of all ills, but I have figured out that you have to talk about whose "Welfare." Gingrich was going to eliminate the DOE, and Bush has increased it's budget by 60%. The Farm "Welfare" has gone up by leaps and bounds.

Every Congressman and Senator who fights to "cut Government waste and welfare" has pet projects in his area that have to get funded.
