When is the last time you saw a software company's market capitalization based on ROI or shareholder equity?

I'm no fan of CA, Sanjay, or management's history of self-dealing. Nonetheless, the market has always shrugged that off, focusing on CA's consistent ability to squeeze blood from turnips.
