Phil:

I believe that IQSW is a very likely takeover candidate at present time. in addition to their cutting edge web technologies that many larger software firms might covet, I believe that the fact that Intelligent Systems owns a good chunck of the stock increases the likelihood of a takeover, as the proceeds from a takeover would be viewed as a trasfusion of new cash for them. that is just my opinion.

however, if a takeover does not develop, I believe the stock is ripe to move upwards from here. I think the upcoming results will be just fine, and that the back half of the year is looking real promising. therefore, the stock looks good on its own merits.

bear in mind the the stock is thinly traded. every time there is a blip in the market, or the stock falls just because someone sells a few hundred shares, nervous nellies who have no business being in a stock like this in the first place, panic and sell. I believe these are great buying opportunities.

over the last month or so, accumulation has been under way, as the stock emerged from a large, unwarranted pullback to finally break stubborn resistence at $11.00. this is another factor that lends encouragement to me. this stock--as you can readily discern from the almost non-existent traffic on the thread here--is hardly a household name. such accumulation portends knowledge--at least that is what I think and hope.

best regards.
