"What then is left to discuss? " Plenty. But to start the discussion you at least must have acknowledgement among the members of the discussion regarding your premise...in this case the meaning of "freedom of conscience" must be acknowledged before you can have a successful discusion on whether or not it is a freedom. I contend that our participants view, having a conscience about something, differently. For example, some persons in the mojo discussion kept proposing ways that mojo could compromise his conscientious view point, in order to let it all go away.
