The plans come from Cheney... His oil, is just shorthand for their oil and loot. Despite your not defining "their," "they," and "them," it calls for the identical response: Cheney's and "their" oil plans? CHENEY'S AND "THEIR" oil plans? If it is about oil, which it isn't, how about trying, YOUR oil plans? As in, enough oil for YOU to heat YOUR house and drive YOUR car and make plastics for YOUR consumer goods and fly airplanes to YOUR vacation destinations. Cheney and "they" can only use so much oil "themselves." "They" have got to share a little with YOU.
