So Arnold will start his jobs creation agenda by laying off 40,000 people and closing down prisons and hospitals? Where is he going to cut? You see, sex scandals aside, this was the real problem with Arnold. No specifics. I'll bet he still doesn't have a clue how to close the 12 billion shortfall. What's he going to do, sell state parks for condo developments? Considering where all his contributions came from (developers) one might get that idea. I hope he figures it out. Will watch with interest and scepticism.
