Okay, we have a couple of situations involving students and teachers..what do you think? # 1...a student is hiking in a remote area, and low and behold his 7th or 8th grade teacher shows up. The student starts screaming obscenities at the teacher. The teacher turns the kid in to the principal and the kid is suspended..Is this right, seeing as how it was not on school time or property? # 2....Two junior high students build a web site at home, and puts in derogatory remarks about black, other students, etc...the school gets wind of the web site, and suspends the students...does the school have the right to suspend students because of a web site they set up in their home??? Okay..answer please!
