AS, I have given you one real number after another for days now. Where are your answers? Just going to run to another thread and pretend it doesn't add up? Why did Davis need to increase California state payrolls from 271,254.1 to 323,602.8 in four years? 1997-98: 271,254.1 1998-99: 282,859.7 1999-00: 296,076.1 2000-01: 311,238.9 2001-02: 323,602.8 (source: California Legislative Affairs Office, lao.ca.gov. How is subtracting most of those people to return staffing levels to where they were four years earlier (and where they had been for many years before that) a "major math problem"? I learned addition and subtraction in first grade. So did Arnold. And I'll bet neither one of us considers it a major problem anymore.
