Dennis, I find it useful to learn about others' cable problems. We have a surplus of squirrels here, too. BTW, we had about 4 total cable outages here since Sunday, each lasting over an hour - some longer. CALL them in and don't rely on others to do it. The service tech told me they would deploy repair folks because with MY call they had 4 complaints now. That many outages in one week is very unusual. I had considered switching to satellite for TV, but then satellite would surely develop problems as soon as I switched. <bg> Gottfried
