I wasn't arguing your point, just making a point. CSCO hasn't had a substantial increase in sales in 3 years. Yet they still trade at a high multiple relative to their slow revenue growth. Should a long-term holder be satisfied with 13% growth? I don't know about others, but not me at these prices. The earnings come from a couple of sources, cost cuts, share buybacks with retained earnings and overseas production labor savings. Unless someone new starts buying new systems, telecom stock prices looks to be very inflated.
