I'd give this a little more time. Tech position improving, but not clear-cut.. We're now back above the 50-day SMA. the 20 has turned around and is rising. and is very close to a "Golden Cross".....(.where, presumably all the Japanese TA experts will move in to buy......vbg)..........but I would definitely not bet on any "brother leg" down... ........and BTW, not sure I would agree that banks are stretched here.........just getting up a head of steam???..... And another BTW.....what do you mean by "intriguing patterns"........looking for buys or shorts?......g
