He just doesn't agree with the conclusions.

Premises, I think. The question being, "why do black kids do worse at school than white kids, why do Asian kids do better at school than white kids?" Phrased that way because white kids are statistically the majority.

Apparantly it's unacceptable to ask the question or research it?

Because regardless of the outcome if the study was properly set up, you couldn't call the conclusions "ethnic stereotypes."
