Gotta luv those analysts! The day after the stock runs away from them comes the downgrade. Guess they want that gap to close.

8:14AM Marvel Enterprises downgraded at Bear Stearns (MVL) 28.52: Bear Stearns downgrades to Peer Perform from Outperform based on valuation, but raises their 2004 est above consensus; firm finds it increasingly difficult to justify arguing for significant multiple expansion, and while a best-case scenario might suggest additional upside to their revised 2004 ests, visibility on that potential upside is very limited.
