Samuel, Here is how I feel about market on Monday: techstocks.com . Yes, PCTL maintained its strength very well yesterday when the market was selling off. There wasn't any big block selling yesterday. So my guess is MMs are still accumulating and shaking out any short term traders before driving up the price. Remember, we had a lot of shares traded in the support level (9) which was tested three times before PCTL reversed its bearish trend. A strong upward resistance, if broken, will build another downside support. Any positive news combined with a continued bullish market will take PCTL to a 12 level. If PCTL's going to have another disappointed quarter, I could well see a single digit again. Until then, PCTL's technical chart looks very bullish. Good luck, Patriot P.S.
