What's the cost of health insurance premiums in relationship to benefits covered over the last few years?

Awfully convenient you left that part out.

I understand the cost of doing business and you're missing the point, this conversation isn't about the cost of doing business, it's about rising healthcare costs, and the $176 for a PT visit... less the $10 copay=186 billed, vs 66-69 prevailing wage.
