Extract from an email sent to me:

I watched an interview on CNBC with the Pres. of Infosys based in
Bangalore
India. They are outsourcers of software development. It was noted that
the
rupee has risen 5.4% and that is dampening Indian exports. He
disclosed
that Infosys was now starting up a new venture to outsource in China.
If
even the labor market in India is going to China then no nation can
compete
and international pressure will mount on China to revalue.
