Looks like Vonage dodged another bullet:

This is good because it will allow Internet Phone firms to grow unfettered long enough to force the bells to get with the 21st century. Any early regulation will kill the innovation and we'll be stuck with dinosaur phone services from the Bells for the next few decades. Anyway, chalk another point up to the Internet.
