Yo Lorrie! I guess I gave the wrong impression. The reason I mentioned the tow truck is that there is at least 300 miles of California between my home and the Oregon border. If you towed the car from the rear, you would not have to be bothered with California's stringent smog laws that kick in when a car changes hands here. A lot can happen in just 300 miles. I know . . . <vbg> Here's x6 gooood kaaaarmaaa to Peg's resourcefulness! I'm waiting with baited breath for the "Boomer comm bite." But, what is it??? Holly D. (as in yuppie?)
