this is actually more than you need to know. but ....(hope the facts don't confuse you.)

For Physical Therapy:

Cauulifauunia Workers' comp fee schedule pays 75 percent of the first 'reasonable and customary charge'.
the second procedure they pay 50 percent of the 'reasonable and customary.' that's it.
say whatever you want voodoo. just get it right next time.

the fee schedule is essentially the same as it was in 1991. Gee ...i'd like to have a raise after 13 years.
