I have been following IATV, now owned by OPTV, since 1988
Over time, they burnt a huge amount of cash as a development stage company, as most do.
The judge's ruling sets the stage for OPTV to finally reap the rewards of IATV's pursuits.
In my opinion, this could be the birth of a cash machine for them as Disney may set a precedent for others whom are infringing on OPTV's patents.
In all likelyhood, some analyst will pick up on the OPTV news and realize the significance of it.
