If Mojo is the only masseur with a problem of conscience, then success in the legislature is unlikely. If, for example, he lives in San Diego, and has no reason to expect financial contributions to his cause, how can he lobby or hire a lobbyist in Sacramento? And if he is the only one, it is a compelling reason to consider a personal exemption harmless. Sorry, your point is unpersuasive.......
