Tim lead a discussion for several days around harm, the ability to attribute a claim of harm, and more complicated establishing a culprit that is liable for the harm. Everybody experiences unhappyness in a variety of ways and circumstances. Simply stating that the woman was not happy with mojo's operation does not establish him as a liable cause of her unhappiness or that it would even translate to damages that have a monitary value.
