Said what? anyway here is the evidence most relevant to my claim.

Here ya go.

1. The direct line of discussion began with you declaring that mojo is forced to serve both men and women.
2. I asked if this would hold true for James’s bath house business as well. Specifically if it means that James should be forced to scrub, soap, and towel the women in the women’s side of the bath facility.
3. You replied “yes” it is the clients choice not the service provider’s.
4. I asked if he should be labeled a bigot and driven from business if he refused to soap, scrub, and towel women on demand against his conscience.
5. You replied, if he soaps naked male bodies “yes,” and callously added that if he isn’t suited to it he shouldn’t be doing that kind of work.
6. I asked you if his daughter who works on the women’s side of the facility is bound by the same logic.
7. You ignored me.
8. I asked you to explain the difference.
9. You ignored me.
10. Your position remained unmodified until you decided to deny the context of the interchange.

You provided your own context which was inauthentic. I informed you that revealed to me that you don’t seem to believe in your own argument.

Here are the relevant texts.

" And Mojo can have separate mens and womens disrobing rooms. But otherwise, no. " However, mojo is forced to provide direct services to both men and women. So, in your bathing facility, if a man provides back scrubbing, soaping, and towel services to the men; he is forced to provide the same to the women. Right?

If that's what the client wants, yes.
It's the client's choice, not the provider's.

Good then you are consistent.
You will force a conscientious man to soap a naked woman's body and if he refuses, you will label him a sinister bigot that should be driven from business.
The world may agree with you and if the whole world does, I will stand alone to condemn your actions.

If he soaps naked male bodies, yes. Just as male doctors examine naked make and female bodies. No difference, that I can see. If it were I, I would use a washcloth or brush on both men and women, but then, I probably wouldn't be in that business.
And again, if he doesn't want to do the job, find one he wants to do. There is no guarantee that a person has a right to whatever job they want if they also demand that the business change the rules of the job to suit him- or her-self.
If you faint when the temperature in the room goes above 75 degrees, don't seek a job as a chef and then demand that the restaurant air condition the kitchen.

The female who works on the women's side of the bath house facility is James's daughter, Jenny. She makes a reasonable wage and is saving for college. There are no other opportunities for her in the small town they live in.
When the city slickin' chris came to town and demanded to be soaped and scrubbe in James's bath house, James came ready with his kit of bath house condoments. When chris demanded to be soaped and scrubbed by James's daughter his soapy butt was thrown out into the street. Chris filed suit for discrimination. The local judge laughed out loud and told chris that he might have had a good assault case but discrimination ....ha ha ha ha ha (Chris was encouraged to slip quietly out of town, apparently Jenny's mother was seen buying a shot gun at the local hardware store)... At least so far in 2003, such demands are considered the fantasy of perverts. Chris plans to appeal to the state supreme court ... who knows. Chris is now on a soap box in the town square shouting Jenny soap me, soap me, scrub me, stop being such a bigot.
