Hi Per,
I deciphered Millions of Cubic Feet per Day (Mcfd) and cubic feet per day (cfpd) in your post, but what the heck is "m3"?
If I'm not mistaken, HL Montgomery estimated earnings as $16.2 million in the first year of operations, which would be $.648 per share based on 25 million shares outstanding and at a PE of 15, $9.75 a share. But your projected revenues are only $4 million, or 1/4 of what HL Montgomery projected. Why is that?
(See IMMM post #841, which quotes the Opportunist, but I read it also on the old IMMM web site):
exchange2000.com
"Analysts H.L. Montgomery & COmpany -- based upon early success in Colorado -- project IMMM earnings as:
Year Revenue EPS
1997 $16.2M $.84
1998 $31.8M $1.51
1999 $48.6M $2.31
2000 $59.6M $2.84
2001 $66.6M $3.16
They list that there is no corporate debt, recent 1.25 million financing, authorized capital of 50,000,000, Issued shares of 17,846,000, Public Float of 4,826,000. ------------------------------
