I have talked to Cook in the past about his Pickle Crow project which I don't know if he ever got going. I believe he was looking for money but it seemed to fall behind for other reasons ostensibly. I don't comment DSR usually. Damoti is a difficult ore on the face of it, as it is iron oxide which people who use CIL mills do not treat right. It is also an Island, and a costly underground project with difficult and possibly misleading angles on the drilling. I have commented the Box-Athona cheapie gravity low grade op Cook is doing with the Kasners.

My take on Cooks work in gravity which he wanted to do with the Box Athona, and at Pickle Crow, was he was oversimplifying the concept. In reality it will take a pilot mill at both projects to determine what he should do. It is not rocket science but it does take a bit of mill balancing. You should actually have a lineup of gravity devices around the block and try them all out. Realistic rigorous tails samples and optimization is always a bug bear in these operations. It takes mill men/assayers/engineers of first order.

Can he do it? Maybe. Will a Knelson alone work? Maybe.

Work in progress.

That is as negative as I can be for now. Check me out when I am pissed off and I will get sarcastic and put their chances at one in a 100. That is what everyone does to me when I say I want to start a mine. Mining promotion is tougher than killing rattlesnakes with a pea shooter. You have to be Wiley.
