I dunno man, I was sleeping. It might have happened that way. There is no telling what happened then.

My wife swears there were fleas in the hospital bedding.

The RN in charge of my floor barely spoke english, and by the time you worked your way down through LVN to nursing assistant, she could only point and grunt.

My roomie had the same surgery from the same doc, and was up all night. First puking(cuz his family brought him a bunch of cookies which he sat up and ate about 2 hours out of anesthesia....gee it would have been nice if someone would have told him what a no no that was...) or forgetting to breathe, cuz every five minutes his damn breathing monitor would go off---all freaking night for 8 hours straight. If I wasn't IV'd with demerol and plugged into a the freaking cray supercomputer, I would have got up and pushed him out a window.

The nursing staff was so stupid they couldn't figure out how to unplug it or call somebody. The next day the breathing moron came by and says... "hey, i think this is broken"....

That was the worst healthcare experience I've ever had in my life, and I don't ever plan on repeating it.
