There are no liberal activist judges. That's a myth people like Limbaugh create. Just more of the same dishonesty. The 9th circuit for instance was 50% appointed by Republican governors. And they're the ones the right-wingers have been sliming lately.

Judges obey the law. Some are a little more tolerant but they're all basically forced to uphold whatever the laws are. The only wacky judges are the ones like in Mississippi who says the Bible is his only law. His radical interpretation of the Bible that is. That's where things start going wrong.
