England does have legalized drugs or at least they used to. Haven't heard anything about it recently. The problem in England is they took away all the firearms from the law abiding citizens---everything. Now the criminals literally have all the guns and the violent crime rate has skyrocketed back to 1993 levels there. 35% increase in gun crimes last year. Taking the guns from the law abiding is like taking guns away from the police.
