If you go back to the records you will see that while the president does not use the exact phrase, he talks about... This must be written down somewhere in some anti-Bush handbook. I've read it again and again here on SI. Various rather arcane formulations of what members of the Bush Admin have remarked that spell "i-m-m-i-n-e-n-t" in secret ink. Very persistent. I watched some of Cheney's stuff on TV this evening, spelling in big bold quotes what the Admin has really said. More of that is needed. Derek
