Definately Cheney. In the article, it mentions that Cheney interviewed for a job in Rummy's office when he was a congressman. Blew it. He's the quiet guy in the corner. But Rumsfeld, I think, could have taken a crack at it. He has the charisma. Remember Don "sexy man" Rumsfeld during Afghanistan? The press adored him. Illinois boy makes good. Wrestling star.
