true, but there are bad sides to EPA and OSHA

EPA blocks industry and job creation routinely
OSHA has powers much greater than are warranted
the concept for each is good
their executions have turned burokratic, as usual

I know a lot about Nixon's China Card play
their was almost zero substance behind it
a little cultural exchange, which my father's university colleagues took advantage of
but the China Card was a hollow gesture, whose value was almost entirely to shake up the Soviets
it worked very well
