Andrew or something!! I think you must have read the same factual article I stumbled across in the process of researching weapons and lepers or whatever!! I find that setting very broad parameters for one's Web search can be extremely rewarding!!! But Andrew, you silly billy cuke cookie, I object to your characterization of Our Nation's Capital as a whore, as it denigrates all women, and probably all minorities including lepers. I feel very strongly about this, but we can agree to disagree, since you're a guy, can't we, or something???!!! Janice
